arcs (0.9.9.6) unstable; urgency=low

  * gzip -9 for manpages
  * avoid adding CVS and RCS directories
  * make "link tree" .arcs/tree optional, so can use in /etc
  * include symlinks to .so etc
  * fixed "del dir" bogus message to "del obj"
  * auto detect "shared" from g+w bit of project dir, and set umask
  * -c and -C cooperate / shared options
  * fixed Makefile to work without man on windoze
  * added .git/info/exclude files for better status reports (with -i)
  * fixed usage line in help text
  * exclude .pyc, .class; include _*
