• no electric lights in the evening (circadian rhythm)
• no fluorescent lights ever (they are the work of satan!!!)
• candles are good
• regular bedtime at around sunset
• no TV or computer in the evening
• no chocolate or caffeine or candy in the afternoon
• regular dinner time, well before bed time
• lay down with child until goes to sleep
• read or tell a bedtime story
• our kids sleep in the same bed with us
• maybe go to sleep at same time with child
• get up early or use the electric babysitter for alone time
• plenty of exercise
• some gentle classical music can help to get to sleep
